  3. Evaluation Process:Once a refund request is received, our team will evaluate the merits of the claim. The subscriber will be informed of the decision once the evaluation is completed. The decision to grant or deny a refund remains at the sole discretion of Sharp Picks.
  4. Cancellations:Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, unless otherwise specified by our refund policy, they will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription term.
